ABOUT THE ROLE

At Link, we are driven by innovation, collaboration, and the ambition to continuously evolve.

We empower organizations to accelerate their digital journey by creating impactful solutions and building strong, long-term partnerships. Our focus is on combining technology and strategy to deliver real business value.

If you’re excited about working at the intersection of architecture, AI, and complex systems — this opportunity is for you.

We are looking for a Technical Architect to join a strategic AI acceleration initiative, focused on transforming IT operating models into highly integrated ecosystems powered by intelligent agents across development, data, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define standards and blueprints for AI integration across SDLC, Data, and Operations
  • Ensure interoperability between platforms while managing technical debt and legacy migrations
  • Design and size infrastructure for AI/ML workloads and define deployment strategies
  • Participate in the Architecture Review Board for validation of new initiatives
  • Contribute to the cross-functional architecture community

What You’ll Need:

  • Senior consultant with at least 7–8 years of experience in systems architecture
  • Hands-on profile, comfortable working directly with code and platforms
  • Proven experience with AI-native architectures: agent orchestration, production-grade LLMs, RAG patterns, guardrails, and MCP
  • Strong cloud architecture expertise focused on AI/ML workloads (cost management, rate limiting, inference caching)
  • Comfortable working with heterogeneous stacks: OutSystems, Salesforce (Agentforce), open source technologies, event-driven architectures, and microservices
  • Modular mindset with a strong focus on avoiding vendor lock-in
  • Experience in regulated environments (telecommunications, banking, or insurance) with GDPR compliance and ideally familiarity with the EU AI Act
  • Security by design applied to AI: vulnerability validation in generated code and auditability of architectural decisions
  • CI/CD with AI-powered quality gates and end-to-end observability

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and growing tech company
  • Continuous learning and professional development
  • Collaborative and knowledge-driven environment
  • Integration into a dynamic and supportive team (#LinkFamily)
  • Work-life balance and health insurance
  • Additional benefits and perks
