After over two decades of dedicated service to the Brazilian market, Jorge Leandro is passing the torch to a new leader. Under Jorge’s visionary leadership, Link Consulting has navigated numerous challenges and achieved significant milestones, making a lasting impact on our organization and everyone within it.

With this transition, we are pleased to announce that Marcelo Galvão will be stepping into the role of Vice-President of Link Brasil. Marcelo brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective that will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth for Link Consulting. With 30 years of experience in the IT market, including a decade focused on Solution Architecture, System Development, Cloud, Quality/Automation, and Security, Marcelo is well-equipped to lead our Brazilian operations.

Marcelo’s enthusiasm for this role is evident: “I arrive with a strong desire to learn and help build the largest operation that Link Consulting has ever had in Brazil. I am motivated to prepare the company for a new stage of growth.”
Marcelo will oversee the implementation and operation of the Sales and Solutions teams, transforming the sales area in Link Brazil to align with the directives and expertise of our headquarters. His goal is to capture and deliver the best IT solutions to the market. Additionally, he will ensure that our operations are impeccable and diligent in delivering services to our clients while maintaining efficiency and competitiveness.
As the new leader of Link Brazil, Marcelo’s primary mission is to structure an efficient and strategic commercial team focused on boosting sales and ensuring the growth of our footprint in the market.
Marcelo, 47 years old, has been married to Daniela for 20 years and is the father of 13-year-old Leonardo, who loves playing Fortnite. He is passionate about rock music (Metallica!), motorcycle trips, barbecues, beer, wine, playing soccer on weekends, and is a fan of São Paulo FC and Benfica.
